If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 5 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund (with the exception of special order items).
We do not give refunds on items returned after 14 days, or damaged goods not notified to us within 5 working days from receipt.
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, which should be well packed and clearly labelled. Please note that we will only accept the return if you have notified and agreed this with us first. It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as, should a returned parcel become damaged or lost, we do not provide compensation.

Hygiene Regulations
Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, it is regretted that we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).
Safety Equipment
Owing to the safety and fitting requirements that need to be met when purchasing riding helmets, riding hats and body protectors, Ripley Horse and Rider does not retail these items on its website. Customers are advised to contact or visit the Ripley Horse and Rider High Street shop so that a riding hat or body protector can be properly and correctly fitted.
Guarantee
We guarantee products for 12 months from date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and in a manner that is considered to be for the purpose for which it was designed. If you find them unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 5 working days of receipt and return to us within 14 days unsoiled and unused in the original packaging (note you will need to pay costs for sending goods back to us), you will be entitled to an exchange or refund, with the exception of special order items.
